They say that if you change your language, you change your thoughts. Well in this case Q took things to the next level by reaching out to one of Paris' hottest upcomiong rap artist Diomay, to add to his roster for his new collab album. This French native is what they call "Grande Puissance Musicale" a musical force to be reckon with we Americans would say. Discovered by music label "Sky The Limit" Diomay has showed that he can contest with American producer's blessing his vocal's on Rebelizim's track. " I think we recorded a great track! Diomay said. "And we also made a great video together and that's all that matters. I receiving positive feedbacks and I'm happy with what we've done." Here's what Quron had to say. "Man. Words cant describe what I've just witnessed. My whole life in music I've always wanted to work with a French rap artist and now the dream is a reality. I literally watched this guy write the lyrics, record it in a matter of a few hours all in one studio session! Sick. "Make Some Noise" is a hot track. And Im a fan of the French language too!" Quron's Experience with Germeii http://rebelizim.com/index.php?entry=15
It's not too often that people can get the chance to meet great clothing designers but in Quron's case this was his first. After a incredible week in Tokyo with Germeii clothing line owner Shamim, Quron talks about his "Day in the Life" alongside a great businessman.
"What a experience! I had one amazing time working alongside Shamim." Q says. "Not only was I just filming for him, I got the chance to have a real one-on-one with him, absorbing all the knowledge he passed to me. I was just more then a business experience, it was like a glimpse of how I can conduct myself as he did. Very down to earth. Very upfront about all he did." When we asked Quron what was his most important lesson learned and his favorite moment, here's what he had to say; "Oh yea! I have to say that my best lesson out of this was learning that you have to ALWAYS be prepared, at ALL TIMES. Shamim showed me that for every minute spent in organizing, an hour is earned, for success always comes when preparation meets opportunity. 'll never forget those words he told me" "But the best moment of all has to be his expeditious reaction to get others involved in his work! I mean he just met a few young models in one day and in minutes they were so enthused to work with him! That to me spells a great personality."]]>
Quron cameos in Matt Cab's video http://rebelizim.com/index.php?entry=14
It's no surprise to us that Q is known all over. But this time, it's his heavy influence in Tokyo that's giving him the boost he needs to collaborate with their best artist. Here he is with Tokyo's newest singing heartthrob Matt Cab, originally from San Francisco California in his latest music video "Get Gone" produced by DJ Vivid another well know figure in Japan. "Yo, I met Matt Cab back at the Bow Wow performance backstage and we began chopping up music biz immediately. I see, hear his hunger and drive to become the great singer that he wants to be. That REALLY sparked my interest. I believe in him, so I'm excited in what the future has to offer for us both." Best of luck to you both! Tokyo now has you on watch! Rebelizim Entertainment's Shoots "Time" for artist James Minor http://rebelizim.com/index.php?entry=13
Here is what James had to say about the shoot:

1.) What can ewe expect from your video?
I'm just looking for something to show the audience what I can really put everything i got not only in music but in video. A lot of people live for time wishing they had time or wishing they could take time back. So you'll see 2 different sides to me, the calm and also the passionate/energetic

2.)What was your experience like collaborating/working together with Q on this video?
Q's...He a PERFECTIONIST! He wont let nothing come out less then what it should be. Like, he sees the outcome of the images before the finished product! Things went really fast that day. I made sure I was mentally prepared, made sure I came to work, knowing that we were gonna create a real masterpiece.

3.) So, with that being said, seems like you two got something special to share to this world. But, what can the world expect from James Minor?
I think the video is something special to me. Really , what you have to expect from me is a continuous grind. I believe that's what is going to get me out there. It's not only what is what I will be known for but it's what people will respect about me and to be honest without them (my fans) who am I?

We shall expect a lot more great things from you James! Best of luck to you! For more info on following James Minor check out these links below!!!

Backstage with Kid Popular and Q the Rebel... http://rebelizim.com/index.php?entry=12
We had the chance to catch Q and Kid Popular 30 minutes prior to them opening for the Bow Wow Japan Tour at Shibuya to ask them about their future plans in a collboration. "I am very excited to work with a fellow multi-instrumentalist and BBC connoisseur." Kid Popular says. " To begin with, the first song in which Q and I created is "Cant Stop My Go." What makes our collaboration different from others is the fact that we have so much in common and not scared to have fun on a track dispite what's being played on the radio today." Q also had this to say."You know KP is a wild dude! He has at least the same amount of energy as I! We were in the studio last week finishing Cant Stop My Go and let me tell you, we were so amplified! This song is gonna be a serious banger." All eyes will be on them as they captilizing their music all through Tokyo. Here are some pics of the show below: (Pictures courtesy of Roxy Photography)]]>

Q meet Bow Wow.... http://rebelizim.com/index.php?entry=10
Sometimes people are in the right place at the right time. Sometimes people never take advantage of opportunities, letting them pass by. Not in this case. Quron had the chance to be a special VIP guest in the opening night for Bow Wow's Japan Tour 2011 at Club Valorous and also perform a opening act for him at Shibuya's Club Womb. "It was quite an incredible experience." Q expressed. "You know, for me to be invited was one great thing, but to have the opportunity to open up for him and also chat with him was humbling. I mean, here we are, him being a year younger then me but yet he has accomplished so much more! Much respect to him, I hope we get the opportunity to work together soon." With that being said, we can all agree that when being put in the position of opportunity...you have to seize every moment of it. Great job Q, we're behind you all the way!

Maralen to the "Rescue" http://rebelizim.com/index.php?entry=9
The 23 year old Moore, Oklahoma raised singer performs a jazz cover on YouTube and Quron instantly fell in love with her voice. Maralen Pennyfeather is officially confirmed one of the singers for Quron's latest produced single "Rescue Me." Not only will this be another smash hit for the two, but we also found out this song will be a video compilation. We sat them down to see what their thoughts were in this new found chemistry. "You guys won't believe the vibe I delivered in this song." says Q "I created that song right in front of her! You should have seen the look on her face, just so surprised! I knew right there that the stories we shared and ideas we came up with, together we created a real masterpiece." Maralen added; " Q puts a lot of thought into his music. You really feel it...more then most producers. By him being a self-taught musician makes him even more phonomenal!" We also asked what can we expect from her in the future she had this: "To be original and myself. To many people now days are nothing but followers. I refuse to change who I am and my music just cause "the media" or others wants me to. If I did that then obviously I wouldn't be who I am today."]]>

Q The Rebel, meet D. Edem http://rebelizim.com/index.php?entry=4
Two musicians. One studio session. Combined amount of instruments they play....10. Two powerhouse talents equals....A abundance of explosive beats! Pro Bass guitarist Darren Edem teams up with Q the Rebel crafting the sounds we here in today's new vibe in Rebelizim. Heres what Edem had to say:

Q: So how was your experience jamming out with Q?
A: Q brought a lot of culture and energy to Korea in the form of music and entertainment. I had a blast working with him and sharing ideas being the Rebel he is in music. We connected immediately playing in the studio and we really grew once we started playing live.

Q:Whats the feeling you get when you relate to music and your playing abilities?
A: Music to me is a way to express emotions and feelings that can't be expressed in just words. I joke all the time saying that I'm a "bootleg" musician. Music has always been a part of me, but I didn't start expressing it or playing until there was a need for somebody to fill in the gap. I get excited when I'm allowed to freely express myself in music. It shows in my playing abilities and the end product.

Q: So what can we expect from you and Q this year?
A:To me, Q is the brains of the outfit and I'm just someone to help him out. To tell you the truth, I don't honestly know what to expect myself. We don't have a set pattern, and we are liable to move in any direction. The thing with inspiration is that it can happen anywhere, at anytime, and in anyway imaginable. I could be shopping in a store and hear something with rhythm and then out of nowhere, I start composing music in mind. All I know is, Q is dynamite at what he does, and I'm good at what I do. When you put us both together, something splendid is going to happen. Stay tuned to Rebelizm because crazy things will be happening.
